Here at Nova Medical Centers we believe team building, and a little bit of friendly competition, can boost morale and encourage our staff members to strive to their absolute best. During the month of December, our clinics participated in a local charity challenge. Each clinic chose a charity that is near and dear to their heart and rallied their co-workers to donate and volunteer for that organization. It was truly touching to see how Nova clinics are impacting their local communities.

Week 3: Ugly Sweater Contest and Holiday Art Project
The Holiday Art Project had a few rules:
- You must agree to the art project in order to receive “a kit.”
- Your kit will have random objects.
- You must use every object from the kit in your project.
- The theme is “Whoville.”
Congratulations Carlos Umana (#3 art project)! He was the winner selected by anonymous voting.
