We take great pleasure in announcing the promotion of Libby Winegardner to Vice President of Clinic Operations. Libby began her career with Nova Medical Centers as the Medical Center Manager in Beaumont, Texas in November of 2011. Since then, she has climbed the career ladder and held several position of increasing responsibility and authority.
During her tenure as the leader of the Clinic Operations team, Libby has made many contributions enhancing the operational efficiency and productivity of her team. Libby embodies and models her performance and leadership in conjunction with Nova’s principles of “servant leadership” and “passion for service.”

I love being able to develop employees and promote within the company.

This sounds crazy, but I love building sand art on the beach.
I am also a Harry Potter fanatic! Last year, we had a Harry Potter themed Christmas tree and have visited The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios twice.
What’s your favorite Harry Potter quote?
There are so many, but this is one of my favorites. “We must all face the choice between what is right and what is easy.” – Albus Dumbledore
The best advice you were ever given:
You’re going to laugh, but my Dad has always told me, “Don’t take any wooden nickels.” It’s a lighthearted reminder to be cautious in one’s dealings.
What are you looking forward to the most with this promotion?
I look forward to developing more resources and tools within our operations department that will continue to enhance Nova’s culture and passion for service.
