Nova Medical Centers, the nation’s largest pure occupational medicine provider, is pleased to announce that they will be opening a new occupational medical center, in Tyler, Texas. The Tyler facility will be the company’s 43rd open center out of a total of 46 locations across Texas, Georgia and Tennessee.
This new occupational medicine center will be the first Northeast Texas location outside of the Dallas/Fort Worth area for Nova Medical Centers. The Tyler facility will be located at 747 S Beckham Ave., and will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
“Our client corporations, payors and prospective accounts continually ask us to expand and deliver our outcomes-based results in poorly served workers’ compensation markets,” Bruce Meymand, Chief Operating Officer for Nova Medical Centers, said. “As such, our growth into Tyler, Texas, will lower costs further for all Northeast Texas stakeholders.”
The center is scheduled to open for business in mid-September 2014, just weeks before the opening of another center in Midland, Texas.
