Leslie is a highly experienced professional with over 25 years of development experience in healthcare start-ups (DeNovo) and mergers and acquisitions. Leslie has served as Chief Development Officer for several private equity backed healthcare portfolio companies, overseeing their successful growth and ultimate divestment. Leslie joined Nova Medical Centers in 2024 and her key responsibilities include acquiring Occupational Health Practices, driving DeNovo growth, and establishing Strategic Alliances with Health Systems.

Leslie attended the University of Cincinnati and Christ Hospital School of Nursing in Cincinnati, Ohio.
