Nova Medical Centers Survey Results Indicate Excellent Patient Satisfaction
Houston, TX – March 22, 2016
Today, Nova Medical Centers announced the results of their 2015 patient satisfaction survey conducted across 47 medical centers in Texas, Georgia, Tennessee and Indiana. The ongoing survey polls patients’ satisfaction in areas of service/treatment received, return to work, wait times, communication, facility cleanliness and clinical staff rating.
“Employers entrust Nova to provide the best medical care for their employees by seeing them quickly, treating them with the utmost respect, and communicating our findings and treatment plans to help them recover and return to full duty as soon as medically appropriate,” says Bruce Meymand, Chief Operating Officer for Nova Medical Centers.
The survey is a major component of Nova’s overall quality control plan and aides the organization in providing service improvements for over 600,000 patient encounters annually.
