AAPAN has recently expanded its organization by offering health care providers the opportunity to have a voice in the organization by instituting a Provider Council.  Nova is pleased to have Mark Neer, SVP, Network & Payor Strategy as an appointed member of the Provider Council.

Mark Neer, Nova Medical Centers’ Senior Vice President, Network & Payor Strategy notes, “I am pleased that AAPAN recognizes the need for healthcare providers to have a seat at the table with the other stakeholders to share our views on how to improve communication and interaction between us in the delivery of care to an injured employee.”

About AAPAN

(AAPAN) is the unified, integrated voice for payers, TPAs, networks, and care management in both the workers’ compensation and commercial/government health markets. The association serves as an advocate that respects and balances the unique business needs of its members so that both may more effectively provide patient access to appropriate, quality health care. http://www.aapan.org/
