It has recently been brought to our attention that some of our clients are experiencing lab test result reporting delays and errors from our large national laboratory providers. Nova Medical Centers partners with several well-respected national laboratories to process lab test results for sample collections we perform. The labs have communicated to their collection partners, including Nova, and their employer-clients that they are experiencing delays and/or errors in transport, processing and reporting of drug test results and are working diligently to resolve these concerns. These issues are not related to Nova or the operations of our medical centers. In the meantime, Nova Medical Centers’ staff will continue to perform front end collections for drug testing services and work with the labs to report results with the fastest possible turn-around time.
